How Procurement Works Under the Hearing Aid Accessories Contract

Common questions about purchasing, compliance, and process when procuring through ADCO under this contract.

Products under this contract are ordered directly through the VA’s Remote Order Entry System (ROES). We supply products to VA warehouses for national distribution to meet patients' ongoing needs. Products may also be purchased directly through ADCO under this contract by calling or faxing/emailing your purchase order: Ph: 800-726-0851, Fax: 303-794-3704, email pros@adcopros.com

This contract is accessible to the Veterans Administration and authorized DoD clinicians. Products on this contract are intended for the Audiology, ENT, and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) departments and are all safe for at-home use.

This contract covers a diverse selection of products designed to support the hearing aid program. Specifically, we have curated a large selection of products intended to prolong the lifespan of hearing aids, reduce discomfort caused by their use and by in-ear devices, prevent loss and damage, and address the need for routine maintenance and care of hearing aids at home. All products offered under this contract are safe for the patient to use at home without clinical/medical supervision.

Access must be obtained internally through the VA - as contractors, we have no authority over access to the Remote Order Entry System. DoD audiologists and associated procurement staff can use their DoD Common Access Card (CAC) to access ROES. For information, contact the DALC Customer Service Section at 303-273-6200 or by email at dalc.css@va.gov.
