Oval Window Audio’s Microloop III is a compact, high quality induction loop assistive listening system suitable for use at home as well as in classrooms, small meeting rooms and automobiles (with optional car kit). Its small size and light weight also make it the ideal portable small area loop system. The Microloop III is compatible with all telecoil equipped hearing aids, cochlear implants and induction loop receivers. The Microloop III picks up sound from the TV or stereo and sends it through an amplifier to a thin wire around the perimeter of the room. The signal flowing through the wire creates a magnetic field representing the sound of the TV or stereo. The user simply switches on the telecoils in their hearing aids and receives the magnetic signal anywhere within the looped area. Easy installation, no maintenance.
